Privacy notice
How Pynestone collects, uses and protects personal data. Last updated: October 2026.
Who we are
Pynestone Digital UK Ltd (registered in England and Wales) and Pynestone Digital FZCO (Dubai, UAE) are together "Pynestone", "we" or "us". We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at info@pynestone.com.
What we collect
- Candidates: your name, contact details, location, availability, CV, LinkedIn profile and anything else you choose to send us.
- Clients, prospects and partners: business contact details and the content of our correspondence.
- Website visitors: this site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and its fonts are hosted on our own site, so no third-party service receives your visit.
How we use it
- To consider you for current and future roles and to put you forward to clients, with your agreement before each submission.
- To respond to enquiries, deliver services and manage our client and supplier relationships.
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
Our legal bases are our legitimate interests in recruiting and running our business, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Clients you have agreed to be submitted to; service providers who host our email, files and accounts on our behalf; and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Where data moves between the UK, the UAE and other countries, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Candidate data is kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client and supplier records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or receive a copy. Email info@pynestone.com. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
